refactor(主题): 移除多语言支持和暗色模式功能

删除未使用的常量 UNCATEGORIZED，移除多语言 README 文件
移除 LightDarkSwitch 组件及相关暗色模式切换逻辑
简化 Navbar 组件，删除主题切换相关代码
