refactor: 移除广告和赞助相关内容

Browse Source 
- 删除public/ads.txt广告配置文件
- 移除Footer中的Secbit加速链接
- 删除Layout中的谷歌广告脚本和meta标签
- 移除friends页面中的Secbit友链
- 删除SideBar中的赞助banner和iframe
