feat(sponsors): 重构赞助页面并迁移至/sponsors路径

- 将原/donate页面迁移至/sponsors路径并重构实现
- 添加sponsors.json数据文件存储赞助者信息
- 实现从astro文件自动提取友链数据的脚本
- 更新导航栏配置和重定向规则
- 新增相关类型定义和配置文件
